In the last years, I enjoyed the performance and experience of Fernando while working together in C1st project (Customer first - one of the biggest 360º client vision of a Salesforce integration -for every cloud- in the car manufacturing industry).
I cannot but highlight and acknowledge, his leadership skills and understanding of ITIL processes, which I felt instrumental to help deliver and streamline the projects and developments in every sprint.
